IS SARAH CYRUS HOME A CONSIGNMENT SHOP? 

Yes, we are 100% consignment! We partner with luxury showrooms, designers, dealers and home owners to bring customers a one-of-a-kind selection of fine furnishings.

WHAT PERCENTAGE DOES SARAH CYRUS HOME KEEP ON CONSIGNED ITEMS? 

Sarah Cyrus will keep 50% of the selling price on consigned items. Consignors will receive 50% of the selling price of their item when it sells.

A four percent payment processing fee is deduced from all sales for the acceptance of major credit cards.

WHO SETS THE SELLING PRICE OF CONSIGNED ITEMS? 

The starting price of each item will be discussed and agreed upon with the consignor to ensure a fair market value.

DOES SARAH CYRUS HOME PROVIDE PICK UP OR DELIVERY? 

We refer our preferred delivery companies to our customers and consignors. We are happy to request a delivery quote on our customer’s behalf.

WHAT IS THE CONSIGNMENT PROCESS? 

Please submit photos of the items you would like to sell along with a brief description of the item’s condition and original purchase price. You will be contacted to discuss the items and if necessary arrange a complimentary in-home visit or schedule a drop-off time at our retail location. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM DOESN’T SELL?

Unsold items must be picked up after 120-days has expired. We have thousands of items in our inventory and hundreds of consignors so we simply cannot notify each consignor when their items have sold or need to be picked up. Unsold items that have expired and have not been picked up will become property of Sarah Cyrus Home and are subject to donation. It is never our desire to donate a consigned item, however we must create space for incoming items. 

***We encourage consignors to mark their calendars so they do not forget their pick-up date.***

WHERE IS YOUR RETAIL LOCATION?

Our 6,500 square foot showroom is located in the heart of Atlanta’s Design District at 1194 Huff Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30318.

Store hours are Monday – Saturday 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Sunday Closed.

DO YOU ALLOW 24-HOUR APPROVAL? 

Yes, customers can take an item on a 24-hour approval after a credit card authorization.

DOES SARAH CYRUS HOME WORK WITH SET DESIGNERS? 

Yes. Each request will be evaluated on an individual basis.
